The cost to register a guest for the banquet is $100. The cost of the banquet cover the Saturday night meal only. Guests are not allowed to attend the kick-off party, any convention sessions, or enter any drawings. Guests must be 13 years or older.

Refund policy for the guest registration is the same as general registration.
90% refund if request received on or before September 30,2023
75% refund if request received between October 1, 2023 and December 31, 2023
50% refund if request received between January 1, 2024 and March 31, 2024
25% refund if request received between April 1, 2024 and May 12, 2024
Unfortunately we are not able to offer refunds after May 12, 2024. However, anyone who cancels between May 12, 2024 and June 30th will be entered into a drawing to win $50.
Banquet registrations are not transferable.
